Problem: when you try to upload a file, it fails, and I end up with a 0-byte file.
The most common reason for uploads to fail is that your disk quota has been exceeded. If you have shell access, type “quota -g” to see what your usage is. Example:
Disk quotas for group retrix (gid 1000):
Filesystem usage quota limit grace files quota limit grace
/usr/home 402168* 400000 420000 7654 0 0
If there is an asterisk beside your usage, you are over your quota. To resolve the problem, try deleting files you no longer need.
If you do not have shell access, you would have received a warning email from us indicating that you were approaching or have exceeded your quota.
